• Step 1: The Consultation Please start by completing the form on our Contact page and then let's schedule a call to discuss your design project - your goals, page & content requirements, budget, etc. in order for us to prepare a detailed proposal.
• Step 2: Quote / Invoice / Payment. We will prepare the project quote & invoice and forward the link to make the payment. Once the fee or deposit is paid, we can move forward.
• Step 3: Website Layout Design. We will begin the website design process by collecting details from you with regard to what you envision for the website, your logo, other marketing material, competitor websites, other websites you like, etc. Once we have all the details we need, we start on the website layout concept and will deliver it within a week. We can revise the design file, as per your preferences until you are 100% satisfied with it.
• Step 4: Send us your material. After the website layout is approved, you can forward us your prepared content for the website. This is essentially your text for each page of the website and any additional material that should be added to the website such as PDF files, photos, video links, etc.
• Step 5: Website Development. We will take your material and create your new website. The site will be published to a test link for you to review and give us your feedback. We can make final edits & tweaks, as necessary, to the site before preparing for launch.
• Step 6: Website & Email Hosting Setup. We establish your web hosting account on our servers for website and email hosting and provide you with the details for accessing and setting up email accounts.
• Step 7: Site Launch. After final edits and testing, we will launch your new website to your domain.
• Step 8: Manage your site. We will forward you instructions on how to access and use your new website content management system. You will be able to use this system to edit your own site content on each page at any time after launch.
